A bloom from the past, reborn for the present.
These whimsical earrings bring together old-world romance and artisan craftsmanship. At their heart is a genuine vintage Art Nouveau pansy, originally crafted over a century ago in a Rhode Island jewelry factory and lovingly salvaged for a second life. Hand riveted to a sterling silver buttercup flower, each brass pansy is gently shaped, curved and lightly buffed to capture your eye as it sways.
The long, graceful ear wires are soldered to the back, allowing the flower to dangle with a delicate, natural motion. These earrings are light, lovely, and full of charm.
The Art Nouveau era (circa 1895–1915) celebrated nature, femininity, and flowing form. Artists of the time were inspired by the organic beauty of flowers, vines, and creatures great and small. These earrings carry that spirit forward, honoring a time when jewelry was not only worn, but felt.
Created with care in my studio, these earrings were inspired by a dear friend, a vintage-loving gypsy soul with a heart for hidden treasures and stories waiting to be retold.
Wear them as a tribute to the beauty of nature, the passage of time, and the joy of rediscovery.
Available in two ear wire lengths.
