You’ve wandered into the woods of wonder, welcome.  Here beneath the leaves, questions bloom like wildflowers.  Whether you're curious about shipping paths, silver care, or how each piece is made, you’re in the right clearing.  We've gathered some of the most common musings and tucked them here like treasures in a forest satchel.

Still can’t find what you’re looking for?  Please reach out, this is a journey we’re happy to walk with you!

Yes! All of my jewelry is hand crafted. Every piece begins in my hands: raw silver, copper, gemstones, or vintage components, and is shaped, textured, and polished in my little studio. No two are ever quite the same, each carrying its own soul and story. :)

At this time, I ship only within the United States. Each order is carefully wrapped, often in nature-inspired packaging, and sent via USPS with tracking so you can follow its journey from my hands to yours.

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order pieces or busy seasons may take a touch longer - but every moment is spent ensuring your piece is crafted and packed with care.

Yes, each piece is wrapped beautifully in a kraft box with my choice of either tulle or twine with dried flowers that compliment the item or season. Please contact me if you would like any customization to the packaging for that extra special touch!

Because each piece is handcrafted, I’m unable to accept returns. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can find a thoughtful solution together.

Rust and Leaf's jewelry is handcrafted using premium sterling silver, fine silver and natural gemstones. Each piece is carefully selected for quality and beauty, ensuring lasting durability and timeless appeal.

Yes - some of my pieces are born from recycled silver, melted down and reshaped in my studio. I also work with vintage components from jewelry’s past, giving them a new chapter in a fresh design. I love honoring what has been before, breathing new life into forgotten metal and timeworn treasures so they can shine again in a new story.

Sterling silver and copper naturally develop a patina over time, adding to their character.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Store in a dry place away from moisture
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid exposure to chemicals and perfumes
  • Remove before swimming or exercising
  • For items purposely darkened with patina, wipe gently with a damp soft cloth.

I start working on orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email support@rustandleaf.com within 12 hours of purchase and I’ll do my best to help. After that window, changes may not be possible.

Copper naturally deepens in color and may leave a gentle green mark on some skin due to normal oxidation, this is harmless. To minimize: keep jewelry dry, remove before workouts/showers, and store in an airtight pouch. A light coat of clear jewelry wax can also help; I’m happy to advise care for your specific piece.

For the "None Like It" Collection, these are one of a kind, and you will receive the exact item in the listing.

For other items, each is handmade and unique. I photograph each design carefully, but textures and stones vary slightly, especially with natural gemstones and hand-forged finishes. Think of your piece as a sister to the one shown, carrying its own subtle character while staying true to the design.

Please message me first. Many bands and chains can be adjusted; others (like heavy textures or spinner rings) have limits. Tell me the piece and size you need and I’ll let you know if I can help. I'll share options, timing, and any small resizing fee before we proceed if it is possible.

If something arrives damaged, please write within 3 days and share photos so I can help right away. For wear-and-tear later on, I offer repairs when feasible. I’ll assess your photos and provide a quote for timing and cost.

At this time, I do not. Please contact me at support@rustandleaf.com if you have any questions.

I only ship orders, however, I do local craft fairs that you may see me at if you live in the MA/NH area! Please check out my schedule for upcoming shows!
