**Returns & Exchanges**

Because each Rust and Leaf piece is handcrafted with care, I do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.

That said, your happiness matters deeply to me.

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please send a note within **7 days of delivery**, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Whether that means a repair, a replacement, or another heartfelt solution.  We’ll find a way together.

If a return is agreed upon, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and providing tracking information to ensure it arrives safely in my hands!

Custom pieces are final sale, as they are made just for you.
